California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Privacy Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Total Quality Financial, Inc. DBA Total Quality Lending ("Total Quality Lending," "we," "us," or "our") and applies solely to California residents ("consumers" or "you"). This notice is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA").

Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Exemption

As a licensed financial institution, certain personal information that Total Quality Lending collects, processes, or discloses pursuant to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing regulations, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act (CFIPA), is exempt from the CCPA. This notice applies to personal information that is not subject to those exemptions, such as information collected through website browsing, marketing activities, and general inquiries.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require you to provide the authorized agent written permission and verify your own identity directly with us.
